- Download, print and fill out the registration form for your area: Newark & Middletown, Wilmington Carrcroft Elementary, Wilmington Highlands Elementary & Chadds Ford
- Make out the check to: MyServe, Inc.
- Mail the check and the registration form to:

To pay by credit card using Paypal (you do not need a paypal account):
